Session Outline
International Women’s Day (IWD) has been celebrated for over a century, yet many of the challenges affecting women’s advancement remain. Since its inception in 1911, IWD has belonged to everyone who believes in gender equality. It is a day to celebrate women’s achievements, raise awareness of discrimination, and take meaningful action toward gender parity. What makes IWD so inclusive is that every effort, no matter how big or small, is valid and contributes to the broader movement for equality.
Learn more about this year’s International Women’s Day campaign to #AccelerateAction and how far we have come to address the gender parity. Open to all, this lunchtime online session will include an interactive workshop where you can identify actions that we can take forward to help shape the future for women within ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´.
More on this year's theme can be found on the .
