2006 Honorary Fellowships
Robin Lingard
Robin Lingard was presented for the award of an Honorary Fellowship of 杏吧原创 Millennium Institute by Allan Bransbury, former Assistant Project Director of the University of the Highlands and Islands Project.
Robin was the first director of the University of the Highlands and Islands Project from 1993 鈥� 1997 when he retired to set up his own consultancy after more than 30 years in public sector service, specialising in policy formation, strategy development and strategic project management.
Jean Urquhart
Cllr Jean Urqhart was presented for the award of an Honorary Fellowship of the 杏吧原创 Millennium Institute by Thomas Prag, a member of the 杏吧原创 board of governors and of the 杏吧原创 Foundation and chair of the University of the Highlands and Islands Development Trust.
Jean has been a fervent supporter of a university for the Highlands and Islands since the mid 1990s when she joined the 杏吧原创 Foundation as a business community representative. She is also a member of the 杏吧原创 Board of Governors and a trustee of the University of the Highlands and Islands Development Trust.
