To support student learning, the pastoral needs of students, and student retention through the provision of personal tutoring, academic advice and guidance. Research and Scholarship Opportunity to undertake Research and Scholarly activity, including the creation of novel ideas and concepts and contributing to knowledge in and the development of the discipline. Opportunity for dissemination of knowledge generated through contribution to the production of high quality publications and internal and external conferences. Where appropriate, contribute to supervision of Research students, and other research projects including support for and assessment of dissertations, theses and oral examinations.
