DESCRIPTION:The symposium will explore the nature of educational leadership in the context of professional practice. Co-designed, presented and facilitated with colleagues from across the university, the symposium will include a series of webinar presentations and collaborative activities where presenters and participants will share their knowledge and experiences of their leadership journeys. Through reflective activities, participants will explore and identify strategies to build their leadership awareness, capabilities, and confidence.
